Return and Refund Policy for Jimart BD



At Jimart BD (https://jimartbd.com), we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:


The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain items like panties, briefs, or any intimate products that come in direct contact with the skin, unless they are faulty or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return


To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless it was received damaged or defective.


3. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns:


Panties, briefs, and other intimate undergarments.

Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale.”

Gift cards.


4. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Rejected refunds: If your return is not approved (due to violation of the above return conditions), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. If it’s still not reflected, contact your payment provider as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.


5. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are does not fit, defective and damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at jimartbd@gmail.com or call us at +8801914997014 and we will guide you through the process.


6. Shipping Costs


If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
